Orders & Shipping
At this time, Beets & Stitches ships handmade products within the United States only.
Digital crochet patterns are delivered electronically and are available to customers worldwide.
Most ready-to-ship handmade items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders and made-to-order items may require additional creation time. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Digital Crochet Patterns
All crochet patterns are delivered as instant PDF downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive access to download your pattern so you can get started right away.
Note: The download link will only be valid for 48 hours after your purchase. Please download your pattern as soon as possible after purchase to ensure you receive your pattern.
Patterns are provided as downloadable PDF files that can be viewed on computers, tablets or mobile devices and printed for personal use.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital pattern sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, refunds, returns and exchanges cannot be offered.

Yes! You’re welcome to sell finished items handmade from Beets & Stitches patterns in small quantities.
Please do not copy, share, redistribute or resell the pattern itself in any format.
Credit to Beets & Stitches as the pattern designer is always appreciated.
Returns & Refunds
Because every handmade item is carefully created and digital products are instantly accessible, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. Please contact us here and we will work through a solution.

Handmade Products
Every handmade item is individually created, making each one unique. While every effort is made to match the photos as closely as possible, slight variations in color placement, texture or sizing may occur.
